I'm a genuine, empathetic and non-judgemental psychologist with a passion for supporting diverse clients across the lifespan. I have a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and
a Master of Clinical Psychology. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, with a particular focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, to create a collaborative and compassionate approach to my clients’ individual needs.

I have experience in supporting clients in public, private and academic settings with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, clinical perfectionism, interpersonal issues and complex trauma. I'm particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent and LGBTIQ+ folks and can provide neuro-affirming autism and ADHD assessments for adults and adolescents, as well as post-assessment therapeutic support for parents, families and individuals.

I hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA). I'm also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Association for Behavioral Contextual Science (ABSC).
